Deepwell Estates Neighborhood Organization (DENO) is a special community of kind and caring neighbors who look out for each other and help to cultivate a sense of place and belonging. Communication is key to keeping neighbors in touch and engaged with each other and our community.

 

One of the best ways to stay up to date on DENO happenings and learn more about our City is by attending our Annual General Neighborhood Meeting. The meeting will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, with check-in beginning at 11:00 AM. The meeting will be held at the Demuth Community Center located at 3601 E Mesquite Ave, Palm Springs. Representatives from the city will attend to share important information, including crime statistics and safety tips, and review any other neighborhood business. Additionally, we’re delighted to welcome Dezart Performs, who will tell us about upcoming performances and talk about their brand‑new theater on S. Riverside Drive, just a 10 minute walk from Deepwell.

As you may know, DENO is a voluntary organization and should not be confused with an HOA. We are a group of neighbors who want to maintain the unique beauty of our neighborhood, keep it safe (Neighborhood Watch), get to know each other, foster community, and have a lot of fun along the way.

We are pleased to announce that we now offer an online payment option using Zelle by making your donation to membership@deepwellestates.org. Beginning next year, you may use Zelle or continue to pay with a check if you prefer. Along with this new payment system, we are offering annual payment only. The multi-year payments often resulted in neighbors not remembering when they last paid and many ended up paying several years in advance.
